So got a my accounts limited on paypal
 

I made new stealths, used VPS in my country that no one hardly uses paypal not in Canada. But new stealth accounts. Everything was fine. As soon as I put in the VCC number all accounts got limited "Your account has been limited until we hear from you" they wanted ID, bills, etc. I could careless about sending in documents but the fact that the accounts got limited. Is it due to the VCC used?

I got them from this site here. So far I've had 4 accounts rejected and accounts closed after sending in doc. and over 2 dozen approved.

NEW IP's from VPS at a datacenter, everything.

I'm trying to figure out what went wrong. I'm thinking the VCC cause as soon as I put in those numbers bam account limits.

Could the VPS have been 'damaged'?

Had you 'cleaned' up your computer :eek:

VCC can have 'bad' batches sometimes....

Seems like it if it was caused IMMEDIATELY after inputting the VCC...what kind of VCC?

New IP's from datacenter.

I had to wait 2 weeks for them to get new ones for me.

20 are verifed but 4 recjected.

I use VPS with nothing but firefox with paypal and ebay only on it as the websites.

They are NEW FRESH!

Yeah I think the VCC cause every time I'd put in the numbers "BAM" account limited. And the accounts were a few weeks old before I put that in there.

RSOT - The VCC I got off this SITE here with the trusted seller. I think that the VCC used the batch numbers probably a lot of sellers maybe did bad things already and they flagged that set of numbers I believe?

Sellers here are reputable so I have no comment on that BUT I would approach the seller if I had suspicions...

I already did waiting for them to reply.

I know that PP blocks cards from certain banks cause everyone is scamming using those! So I think they sold cards to the wrong people who probably did the same and PP noticed it's the same 1st 8 set of numbers and flag it right away?

It's what I'm guessing cause so many threads of people saying "oh don't use this bank they are done with doesn't work no more etc" Cause people do that.

Not only the time wasted on these accounts, paying for VPS, phone sim cards, VCC and time put into it. wow.

Just had a buyer send me a payment and they put holds on it not the 21 day but the whole account until I resend the docs. I called up this morning saying I had sent it in and they already lifted everything I mean the item was $19.99 where will I run off to? MEXICO???

Anyways. They lady said to resend the docs then I can't print a postage with the $2 they put back on the account from the VCC. So I got pissed off recalled talked and they removed the account restored it. But yeah still 4 accounts lost out of the 34 so far. Got 9 more to go. blah.

I'm going to test out another VCC today or tomorrow.

From different seller. Or maybe the country it's registered in is very anal about it.

Excuse the sarcasm, rsot.

It's a standard practice existing on this forum since before YOU joined ( in the good old days) that issues like GWW is dealing with get discussed with MODS too.

All the accounts were limited and required documents as soon as I put in the VCC. But hey the accounts were only 2 to 3 weeks old.

So just an update.

I found a few sellers (4 different kinds of sellers) to test out card numbers. 2nd one paypal would not accept it in the country.

I found other sellers on another websites and everything is flawless no limitations at all everything is good to go! Same set of IP's and all. No limitations on any of the accounts. Wonderful I guess it was as GB said just a bad batch of numbers. I'm for sure going to get 20 more stealths made with this working batch. Just so in the near future they don't become like the rest of the batches of cards (before they get red flagged by paypal).

Also it's good to change up the cards starting with the numbers you've tried in the pass to narrow down where the problem is. Now just got to get a friend from the home country to get me 20 prepaid sim card phones to ship over to me. he-he!

you can get a bad batch of vcc? eek

my 2 cents re vcc, Ive used tons of vcc from about 3 or 4 of sellers here ( all great service btw) and never had a bad one that caused anything and nothing happened later to those pp either....not used for canada pp though....but just saying.

Funny you reply I was looking for your account today to msg you lol.

But no it's for a EU account. I used another one from another seller and PP wouldn't even accept it to process it to verify cause it wasn't from the countries bank. But got another one and it's fine.
