E-Cigarettes on eBay

Dose anyone know if you can sell E-Cigarettes on eBay...?

I am reading a lot of conflicting arguments. Also eBay policy says you cant. However I am seeing a lot of sellers still selling them.

Can anyone offer some insight..?

Straight forward - is is against eB policy. Just because sellers do it, does not make it right....

I sold quite a few, a premium brand, when it was in stock for several months this year, no issues. On a strong acc....actually at the time I did not know there was an issue, I saw others selling so thought was good to go, perhaps there was not an issue/policy then....
