Business PayPal asks for last four of SSN?
 

Well I finally obtained a VPS and signed up for a business paypal (Used my LLC EIN number and address i opened at UPS store) So I add business information name and address, It then asks me for EIN number which i provide. Then it asks for phone number so I add that. I used my real name but the address is in the city next to me. Not in my own town. My first name is Richard and my last name is not rare but not very common either. Oh and if you're wondering if i used same town as before , No. I used a town next to me. Different zip code. I even added the bank account i opened for the LLC and same debit card

I then get to a screen where its asking for my last 4 number of my social and MY address because and DOB And heres the reason why:

The PATRIOT Act requires all financial institutions to ask for your Social Security number and confirm your identity to help prevent money laundering.

I can ignore it by just going to paypal.com again. But when logging in it asks for it again. Any reason why? Can I just keep ignoring that? I thought business paypal's didnt need real socials since EIN was used :suspicious:

Why? I didn't do anything wrong, I followed the rules. I did it all via VPS no way is it tied to me. Its new address, new IP. Legit business, legit EIN, I had to use my real name. Address is different, What did i do wrong???

Tell what is your REAL NAME then?

If you real name was on a suspended account, and turns up again, what do you think happens?

Yes but i cant use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name when using an LLC, Besides they would be utterly stupid if they believed only one Richard xxxxx exists in this entire county! I didn't even use my same city! its a different zip code!

No, no, NO.

They control the game.

They can think and they can do what they want.

So, they come across the name Richard xxxx ( again) & they flag it. That account is therefore compromised.
