Got the STEALTH Guide. Few questions..
 

I have been reading it..

Few questions on the following:


1. At what point do I switch into the new account? Do I get the new IP ADDRESS in the new account etc?

What about using ebay on my mobile device, I am allowed to BUY on ebay, just not sell on my current account.

What can I do about this?

Yes, get a new IP address before you even make your new account, many ways to get this part up and running.

I would not recommend using a mobile device (IP tracking and a laptop are much more conevenient/easier to use) if you do use a mobile device DO NOT use any ebay or paypal app - no apps!!

If you want to sell, it sounds like you better start making stealth accounts, read the guide.

Not quite clear what you mean but just make sure:

you logged off from the old account.

Change windows user.

Change IP address. (always check and write down the ip you are using)

Login to new windows user

Login new Ebay/Paypal account.

Do not use APPs for Ebay/Paypal
You could use your mobile device browser (providing that you cleared cookies and everything) but... I personally wouldn't dare... I do not trust those evil little things.
