Best Internet Service Provider in USA for creating stealth eBay/Paypal accounts?
 

Hey yall,

I will be living in Seattle for two month, and I thought this will be a perfect opportunity to mass produce some stealth eBay/Paypal accounts while I'm staying there. My only concern right now is not knowing which ISP to choose.

I am planning to purchase both a mobile data plan, and a seperate broadband internet plan. They do not have to be from the same carrier/ISP. Price of the service will not significantly affect my consideration as long as my simple requirements are met.

For the carrier that offers mobile data, the IP address range I am getting must be diverse and dynamic. I should be able to get a new IP by restarting the phone or toggling airplane mode.

For broadband internet, I must be able to change the IP address easily and quickly (such as changing IP by restarting the modem or changing the mac address of a computer connected to the modem). The IP range must also be dynamic and diverse.

I am not sure if Xfinity/Comcast exists in the West, I think it is one of the best in the East with a large pool of IPs. Definitely Verizon has the largest pool of IPs.

Thanks for the info. What about Sprint for mobile data? Their 30GB plan for $109.99 seems pretty good to me at the moment.

I am not sure about cellular providers. But from Midwest to Western Coast, Sprint does pretty good. Check the coverage map, that should give you an insight.

Their coverage is fine in Seattle, I'm just more concerned about their IP ranges.
