eBay - PayPal 1099k Form
 

Hello,

one of my stealth accounts have passed the 200 transactions so I am pretty sure I will be getting 1099 for this account. The problem is that , I will not have access to the address which is registered on the Paypal.

Can I get this form send to A PO BOX?

Oh WOW they send stuff to the address once this happens now?

What if you would of got an EIN on the account before that 200 limit? Would they still send it to you?

i thought you just download it online? thats what I've done for the last 3 years. never received any paper 1099 from paypal

I agree with Gamefreak. I have never received anything in the mail. You fill out the tax request online and come late January or early February you can download a PDF file with the 1099 form.

You have to hit 200 transactions AND 20k in sales to get reported to the IRS by PP.

BUT if paypal project sales might exceed these figures earlier in the selling, tax ID is requested.

Must operate with that in mind.

Not correct.

This changed last year.

Paypal missed a ton of people the year before and they are now going by "projected" to hit these numbers.

GB and I have posted this tons of times, someone here got hit with it around 185 sales and 5,500 and many others just above those numbers.

thanks for all the answers but I already passed that limit and provided tax id. Lets just hope they never mail it then..

What's the problem with access to the address?
