EIN address and Paypal address

Do they have to match? Have seen a lot of conflicting information in past threads and would very much appreciate it if this could be cleared up for me.

IMO, yes they do.

paypal asks this question to the IRS

confirm info of this account matches YES or NO

So what would the best plan of action be if I wanted to keep a stealth account as legitimate as possible?
Change paypal to business and put DBA, get a UPS mailbox as the address for the EIN and input that information onto the new paypal account?
