Default Reusing Old IPs

I made a spreadsheet to track ips. It automatically cross checks a new IP against previously used IPs for 120 accounts & instantly warns if previously used.

With 100+ accounts, I sometimes have to change IPs several times to get a non used IP. Would it be safe to release some of the older ips from non banned accounts and put them back in circulation for use?

That sounds useful.. let me try it.

I'd like to say yes it's okay, but why risk it? If this only affects a small percentage of new IPs (and doesn't cause too much of an issue).. keep what you're doing. If it isn't broke don't fix it?

I honestly feel that Repeat IP's which have been used within 3-4 Months from 1 account to the 2nd and so far should be fine. For example

Account 1: 192.168.0.1 | 01/01/2014
Account 2: 192.168.0.2 | 04/04/2014

and so forth, shouldn't have any major issues.

No need to reuse the IP when there are so much resources available

lol, would you like me to upload the sheet? It also warns if you have not logged into an account for X amount of days, good for sleepers that are aging so they don't get deleted by ebay.
