Grandfathered PP Acct.
 

I have a very old paypal account(all the way from 01).It is currently limited

PayPal is asking for the following:

Jan. 24, 2004 Add and confirm a bank account Waiting for your response Resolve
Jan. 24, 2004

Fax or upload documentation
Photo ID Waiting for your response
Bank Account Statement Waiting for your response
Credit Card Statement Waiting for your response
Proof of Address Waiting for your response

This account has my old adress(moved 2 years ago).But the good thing is my drivers license still has this address, And the rest should be very easy to verify.But with this account would it be to get around the S.S. requirement?(it hasn't been asked yet, But once this account gets going)
And would it be a good idea to create a new eBay account and link this PayPal account to it?

There isn't such a thing of grandfathered PayPal accounts from what I can see.

That's only with eBay. :(
