Changing the IP address of your phone like you do for your computer?
 

Hi

Must I also change the IP address of my phone as I did for my computer?
If so, how do you?
Can I use my home wifi while on my phone?
Can I use the eBay app even though I've used it before while one of my accounts has been suspended?
Can I only use eBay on my phone if I'm on 4g?

Never use the eBay APP. It is never safe to use the eBay APP even if you have factory reset your phone.

You can use your phone on your WiFi and you can use the phone browser to go on eBay but you must operate it in a way to keeps it link free from other stealths.

Don't use the eBay/PayPal app if you have used them before with another account. You can use your phone browser but be mindful of IP address and cookies. Same as with a desktop computer.

When you use your phone try to connect through the phones network (Verizon, Sprint, etc) this will probably give you a big IP pool so you will avoid getting linked. And yes 4G works wonderfully for ebay.
