getting backon ebay, is it possible?

Well i have a "⊗⊗⊗⊗ info" account but i was wondering if it is possible to get an account with my real info? I was suspended over a year ago, from a buyer who said he never got his items. I tried everything i could to get back on. I tried to register for another account with my real name and address, and it didn't work. Is it possible to get an account with my real name? And how do i go about doing so?

no, this is my first account it had 1200+ feedback. I know i will not get the feedback, but i just want to use legit info to reinstate a new account. I don't owe them any money, just go booted off buy a fraud of a buyer, who bought a lot of my items, and then waited until he got them, and told ebay he never got them. They then gave me a 30 day suspension and then i paid for all my fees, but the suspended me anyway. That was over a year ago, wanna say 2 years ago.

You can't use the same address. You just can't. You can use a new address with the same name but not the suspended address eBay knows of.
