Best VCC for verifing US Paypal in 2014?

Hello everyone. Im new to eBay and Im outside US.
I have read the post and most of you said vanilla VCC is good.
However, I cant buy vanilla in my country.

so my question is what VCC work best with Paypal?

Is EntroPay good?

Which VCC can verify paypal immediately?:thumb:

I like Entropay as a VCC.

You VERIFY a paypal with bank account...not VCC ...which platform are you using? .com?

Which MC999 are you referring to?

Either way, there's no sure fire way to avoid them rather taking best precautions to have much better chances to not get them for the longest time
