it is selling Screaming Rubber Chicken... is it low risk?

Gmail

Real address same area as Gvoice area code
Personal Paypal created (using EntroPay VCC)
Ebay created
Converted to seller
TXT confimed via gvoice
Linked to paypal for payment
List a item(Screaming Rubber Chicken) immediately...

Are you using a VPN? Is PP verified with bank? Are you selling RIGHT away?

You should have PayPal verified before listing on eBay most of the time, especially in higher risk categories like Video Games.

1. I like to verify pp in advance of selling.

2. Do you browse or bid on things before selling or is it right away - that's what I mean.

3. Sockes5 is a proxy IP...dangerous.

If you're selling in "video games" you can't list high, or low quantities for 90 days from the first sale. It's always like that, and i'm not aware of a way to get past the 90 day limit for that category.

1. Not a good option - can you get a real US bank? Or perhaps Payoneer service

2. I prefer waiting 4 weeks before selling but I have cut it into 2 weeks these days.

3. Do not use VPN - research VPS and not a commonly used one

If you are located in HK, it's good.
Much easier to manage the accounts and get your money.

If you are looking for USA accounts, you must have a reason?

If you have a business in HK you can easily get up to 1000+/US30k limit after eBay reviews. In most cases, the category limit is lifted if that's part of your business plan and provide certain documents.

I am managing 4 of these HK-based business accounts.
