Hi all, a few q about stealth g

1. I want to sell on us ebay, could I be foreign resident with foreign passports etc, but with USA addresses, IP, phone numbers, dab or llc, will I have the same rights and limits as USA sellers?
2. Or I need to be same as above but from foreign country ( ip, address etc)? If yes, how can I sell in us ebay if I will be foreign, customers don't believe me.
3. Can I look like us seller without Ssn but with ein? Or to get ein anyway I will be need ssn?
4. What about taxes?

5. As I understand I can't open bank account in USA cuz I'm not resident , I can open only in my country, but how it will be looks like if I will be USA seller with a USA ip, addresses etc, BUT with foreign bank account, it will be suspicious?

6. Why so little information for overseas members? Or all create accounts only us, ca, uk?

Welcome to the forums.

1. You could make eb on your own country site then LOG ONTO to eb.com and sell on that site rather than worry about papers and such. Difficult to predict limits either way you set up.
2. Answered in 1.
3. EIN - read up in the forums and on the IRS website.
4. Taxes must be paid according to your situation - get a financial professional to help.
5. Again - problem is easier handled by doing 1.

6. /shrug - really depends on the market...contribute your experiences and we can see from there. We do have quite a lot of overseas members

it must be pointed out that this is not straight forward. If I register on ebay.it and want to sell on ebay.com, my account must have 10 positive feedback as seller and be at least 90 days old.

I guess this is valid for most countries.

Not everyone is comfortable in waiting 90 days before selling internationally.
