I've been given the holy grail - advice please!
 

Sweet baby Jesus my good friend has seen me as a boy in need and given me his 2008 paypal and ebay account, after my last account got linked after 18 months of successful use. I have read ebay stealth a total of 3 times and am sure I have it sorted, but being such a valuable account, I dont want to mess this up!

Assuming I follow every step, new user account, IP, flash cookies, new photos, new wording etc; as well as deleting any app from any tablet, phone etc, would it literally be impossible for ebay and paypal to link my old account?

Just a little background, to share my story so no one else messes up like I did. I went 18 months after setting up a new account in my brother in laws name. Legit ID, the lot. I followed MOST steps, but not the flash cookies. In 3 months I went from 100>200>400 limit. After 5 months I got to top rated seller status. For the last 4 months I was reaching my limit every month on 400. This is where I f*cked up. I did the stupid stupid thing of calling ebay to raise my limits!

They congratulated me and told me to keep up the good work. the following sunday I got limited from paypal due to a link 7 months ago. The man on the phone stated that he felt it was a very weak link and was appealing in my favor. I found this interesting as it must have been from a table tor something if it was that time ago. Anyway it got denied, but this just shows how utterly critical it is NOT TO CALL THEM! £600pm net profit gone!

You will not be able to use the APP again, even if you have deleted it.

Is this friends account a sellers account? To be honest I think you would be better creating your own.

Agreed. Involving friends, family etc just isn't the way stealth should be created.

Ditch the friends account and start over yourself because there is no guarantees with eBay and if that account goes down you will need to know how to run your own stealths properly. By doing it yourself you are in control.

Why would you say it would be better to create my own out of curiosity? I thought a very well established account in any right was far better than a new one?

See, I get a lot of conflicting info from forums and the guide. I have read in multiple places that using a friend or family member is much better as it is legit info and can be verified whenever?

The guide was created a long while ago, it provides a basis for new members to learn stealth methods.

It is advised to create a thread and post exactly how you plan on setting up your own eBay accounts. Why use family/friends/great-great-grandparents info when you can create a name and still provide the relevant information to PP & EB when needed?

So that you have total control over the account and know all the accounts history.

It is a much better way to operate.

The main reason is that I get a 6 year old account which has sold stuff in the past, ready to go.

So in regards to creating a new thread with intentions of how you plan to set up, is there anything which should be looked out for now which isnt in the guide? As I said, I have searched for days reading up but think a lot is out of date.
