Accessing PP acount from another country

So I need an aged PP account and intending to buy one from the forum.

Problem is if I need IP address from the country the account is made which means using VPN or VPS is a must...

Or I can access it with any IP but cookies stored in place.

Wil cookies work or I'll get limited?

You do not get my point so don't copy-paste me most often posted answer here. I've done that.

I have not read the ebook in a long long time but I do not remember it having much info on out of country account creation.

If you’re in the United States, you can change your home IP address and create a new user account on your computer to use with your account. This method is the safest but the downside is that it would take time to change IP’s (5 minutes) if you’re using multiple accounts.

If you’re not in the United States, The second option is to purchase a third party VPS or get a static IP address from the country where the account is made.

At the moment, I have suspicions that eBay might be targeting and blacklisting Amazon VPS’s and their IP range, so as of right now, I would recommend that you not use them.

only cookies will not work. You need in place the IP address of the country the account is made and cookies both. I hope this answers your question.

There is a section in the stealth guide that covers the cookies and IP.

You are right about VPS, but keeping the cookies is a better option and in order for you to do so, creating a dedicated windows / MAC user account for that 1 account will solve your cookies / history issues.

Now all you need to worry is the Country IP of the account that you are accessing it from.

If paypal sees you accessing say a USA based account from a different country or even remotely different IP of another state, they'll limit you. People that goes on vacation would need to call paypal letting them know that they will access it from a different place they normally do.

That's a reply I needed, tnx.

I use different portable browsers method, not the windows one, and it's working smoothly.

I meant when pp sees their cookies are all in place, using same browser, obviously same pc :heh: there must be no prob if the ip is different.

I'll make an experiment tonight and stay in touch.

Cheeers

Diiferent ip is not an issue as long as geo wise the ip is is in the account country and I personally like close to the registered address

Best of luck blacksapphire- Saijin is right on.

Personally, I would keep the correct country IP for the account in question along with the cookies.

I operate my US accounts with US IP and UK accounts with UK IP.

That's not true.

I access Paypal accounts from countries all over the world with foreign IP addresses. I'm not saying you wont run into any problems, but it's important to have your cookies in place that way they can see that it's the same computer at least. The worst i've had is a soft limitation where I have to confirm some details. Having said that I use VPS on my important accounts to protect them.

Also history is important if they see you open an account in USA then all of a sudden you are logging in from Australia then that could raise an eyebrow.
