Couldnt I just make a new ebay and paypal account in my name?. It's been 3 years.
 

It's been 3 years sense I got banned. I will need a new IP. But Sense it's been 3 years and I have a new address will this cause problems for future stealth accounts, maybe sense they see my name linked with one of my bank accounts off my debit?. Or Couldn't I just link my debit and bank and see what happens?. I'm just not 100% sure. Thanks in advance.

Address, phone numbers, email address, cookies, flash cookies, etc can all link an account. However, I doubt you are the only person with your name, so I don't think a name will link you alone. But a name and another similarity will link potentially link you.

Just out of curiosity, why not just make stealth accounts?

On you old suspended account, did you ever call in and get interviewed by EB? If so, I do not think I would try using that info. Always a chance that they run your public records and see that you match someone they suspended before.

Your banned info is still there to flag the system next time you try to use it.

So avoid doing that.

If we could do that we wouldnt need stealth tactics, but alas we do. Just consider all that info you used before (name, phone # etc) as completely useless.

No, go use a different name and different everything.
I wouldn't use your debit card, rather use a VCC instead.

BUT, if you would like to try it, feel free and hopefully the account stays open for a long time.

Here is what is in play:
1. Name (Variation can work, IFF 2, 3, 4 and 5 is different)
2. Address (Must be different from above)
3. Phone number (New number)
4. Credit card (New card number)
5. Bank Account (New bank account)

The problem with this is that even if it works initially, you can literally spend hundreds of hours building up this account and then down the line, it can get linked and banned.

I think you're setting yourself up for a fail! It might work now temporarily but you will get adjusted to having the account and one day login and find it will be over for you again!

You are just on borrowed time by doing it this way because you will get linked by doing it like this.

never put your eggs in one basket.

there is really no point in using a burned account. even if it does work that doesnt mean it erased all history and that is something you will never know.

Doesnt matter if 3 years, 5 years or 10 - make accounts with ALL NEW stealth info - don't touch old banned info
