Testing Items

So how do you guys go about testing potential niche items? Is there an updated list of VeRo items?

I dont wanna list something that's gonna get taken down and I also dont want go and buy the items before I even know ebay will let me sell it.

I used to sell back when you could sell just about anything...oh how times have changed...

Re: Testing Items

find the item on ebay and follow the auction/seller...if item disapears after a few days then you know VERO probably took the listing down

I know most of you sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and replica items. No wonder you lose accounts so fast.

Most of you? That's a pretty broad statement..

IMO those sellers are in the minority. Especially the eBay and Amazon sellers which is probably 99% of this forum.

Terapeak is a great starting point. It can definitely get you pointed in the right direction.

But you need to know what you are researching in Terapeak.

I think it is not useful for somebody trying to find a new product to sell.

Didn't you also sell foo-foo items in the past?

Yep, he absolutely did. Pot calling the kettle black.

Re: Testing Items

He still sells them and always will. Stani, you're more than welcome to make a new home at Bl.ackH.at...that's specifically all they do and you'd fit in great. They also don't remove posts there so you can have a real blasty blast with your fellow simpletons.

There is still so much confusion on Ve.RO vs coun.ter.f.eit.

The issue with Ve.RO is that it's no different than all the bullsh!t going on with false DMCA takedowns in search engines. It's unregulated and Ve.RO reps simply go around flagging anything that interferes with their sales. It doesn't matter if what you are selling is totally legal or not anymore. For example, look at all the cheap Chinese accessories sold in gas stations just for iPhones and iPads. Is that ille.gal? No, of course not. But, put it on EB or AZ and suddenly you are an outlaw crim.ina.l.

OP is simply trying to avoid troubles many of us have run into when venturing into a new market. 5 years ago I dealt with a greedy piece of sh!t competitor who got mad and acted like a little baby when I stated to undercut him. He got EB to completely shut me down for absolutely no reason other than him claiming BS Ve.RO nonsense with my images which were all taken by me with my own camera. Eventually I was able to sell after numerous phone calls, invoices, EB contacting my USA distributor, etc.

Do you understand yet Stani? Just take a step back from DGH.ate for a few minutes and really try to use your brain for once.

You're right. That's why I haven't had any of my eBay/PayPal accounts suspended for a few years now. My monthly sales are around 40k+. Yup you got me there, detective applebee! :mod:

I didn't ever say it wasn't lucrative. There's a reason why tens of thousands of people like you are sca.mming innocent people daily on EB/AZ and it will continue as long as people keep finding loopholes to sell ill.egal products.

I was simply clarifying OP's original point because you had trouble understanding and just wanted to attack the concepts that are clearly beyond you.

You can claim to make $40K/month selling your silly Dr Dr.e Bea.ts. No one here cares. You have absolutely nothing to contribute as always. :sleepy:

Yes, but there are so many ways to search and find new products Ive never even heard of. Just mucking around I found new products that have worked out great.

Re: Testing Items

Unlike the vast majority of you here who are constantly losing their accounts due to selling counterfeits I can confidently state that I only sell Generic/Unbranded products.
As a result none of my accounts ever go down. I only have a handful of eBay/PayPal accounts because I carry legitimate stock.

A few years ago I realized that in order for me to run long term online business I had to make sure that none of the products I sold were subjected to VeRO takedown. Though I have had a few encounters with VeRO I was able to deter them on multiple occasions. At one time VeRO reinstated all 8 listings they removed previously within 48 hours. Since then they left me alone.

I don't really care if you believe me or not but I do sell ~40k+/month. Unfortunately this is only a fraction of what I should be selling at this moment. Sales have plummeted by at least 150%-200% since March of this year. I keep adding new products to my already relatively large inventory just to keep up.

Good to vary the merchandise and expanding on products offered

I don't know rsot but any of your advice always sounds shady(self serving). I am doing good for myself relatively speaking, I don't think I could take any of your advice seriously. Whenever I contacted you in the past, you've never been helpful. Which is fine with me but don't pretend like you are, just so you could get into the "special club". Jeff is one of the few people I respect here. I remember asking him a few questions via PM and he was nothing but helpful. Good man!

Wasn't meant to be advice and I was helpful in the past to you (I have proof in PMs which I kept) but of course, you just brush me aside - no worries.

And there is no "special club" that I am for - your comments about me are always negative and that's fine...your opinion
