How to Verified PayPal account on new layout

Okay new layout on paypal is confusing. I made a new account today, haven't made me since 6 months ago.
Used to be verify the account is (6 months ago for me):
1. linking the card and verifying it with 1.99 card and adding bank
2. adding bank account verify the 2 amounts they put.

Is the card verifying for $1.99 card gone? where you give the four digits.
Help me. I can't seem to find it no more.

Is it just adding bank account,and verify the 2 deposit. Enough to have the account verified?

1. You verify PP with bank and confirm with CC.

2. These days, there is confirmation happening automatically without the 1.95 charge going through

I click "then click "Wallet" and click the CC icon that says "
But there no confirm on the Card,? help me here, there no nothing

If you look at your credit card statement under card activity you should see something like this

MC PURCHASE PP*1936CODE

Those 4 numbers should be your code that you punch in to PayPal

My page looks like this, there no button to confirm to activate the charge for the code ($1.95 charge),
but my profile says 100% on checklist, which shows,
Account created, Bank linked, Email confirmed, Card linked, Mobile confirmed

never mind found it,

"Just go to the home screen on the new version where at the top it says what percentage ur at completion of the account , that page

Scroll down to the bottom and on your left at the bottom you will see a link something like " see your purchasing limits" or something like that

So bottom left hand side on the home page and that will lead u to the link"


They basically hide the damn link at the bottom, this new layout is crap
