Is ebay still asking to send over docs

I wonder if ebay still ask for docs because back in march i got my first listed item remove from eBay on a stealth account and they say i should request higher selling limit on the account that says 0 selling limits. I contacted them trying to have them remove the 0 selling limits and they ask me a series of random questions from public database record which brings back nothing for me since the account was stealth. They did not ask me send docs over but they told me instead to try verifying my info again within 24HRs which i know will brings back nothing. :doh:

Yes they do, but it think they're just asking for those docs and not really checking them. Because when i sent them the docs i called to confirm if they received it and the agent said yes but they cant still reinstate the account, so i asked her to describe the docs that i sent and she put me on mute for like 5 minutes and got back to me and said she couldnt find the docs that i sent.

From what they were telling me its like if there request higher selling limits automated system cannot verify my info they won,t allow me to sell. They told me to try verifying my info within 24HRs so my question is if i go back and try to verify my info within 24HRs and since they won,t find any info i,m wondering if that when they ask to send over Docs
