New ebay pratice to suspend new members
 

I am a well experienced ebay users. I have been previously operating over 10 ebay accounts. I got very shocked as my new ebay got suspended this morning. I got through all verification process on ebay/paypal. I used a new laptop, new isp, new email, basically everything is new. I bought around 12 cheap products from ebay to get some feedbacks so i can get a good start for selling. Right after i got my seller account, my ebay was suspended indefinitely. They just said they feel something unsafe about my activity. I bought those products and leave them feedbacks after 4 days & ask those sellers do the same for me. Right after that, i go for the seller account & got verified. I chat with ebay & they said they cant tell me the reason for this as they dont wanna leak any information on the reason they suspend me. Can anyone tell me what have i done wrong? I am not even a seller yet. I have repeated these steps for all my previous ebays & they all work fine before. Maybe this is their new rule? :confused::confused::confused:

As the only thing you have done is buy cheap itema for feedback, it is likely thats the reason they banned you.

Ebay have a feedback abuse policy. One thing which is against the rules is buying cheap items for feedback.

You seem to have hit a trigger which got that particular account banned.

So you are using a Malaysian dongle to try to run a UK EB?

Your IP needs to be a UK IP.

Na..i have run a lot of uk ebays using malaysia ip for many years & its fine..i can just say im on a vacation

Of course they can.

The issue is that your UK ebay accounts have been created on and only ever logged in on with a Malaysian IP.

Use a private dedicated VPN or a VPS.

It must be because of using different computer. Different cookies can trigger all types of alarms with eBay. I've heard horror stories, it hasn't happened to me because I use one computer religiously, but using another computer could be what did it.

Make sure the VPN is not an overused service...VPS works well if properly researched
