Would this go undetected?
 

Hi, I recently got suspended on my ebay account for being linked another restricted account, although nothing was wrong with my actual account.
I was wondering if I could go undetected through this method:
New user so Cookies, Flash Objects are clear
Changed IP Address
New email (under the name below)
New Address
New Phone Number
New bank account ( same name but just opened another account with different bank)
New paypal and thus ebay with the name mentioned below
For names, would this be safe?:
Say my original ebay name was "Huraira Ali",
would registering under "Muhammed Hurayrah" on paypal and ebay still be risky?
Also I know the guide suggests use of a prepaid card, but would simply opening another bank account and using that with my new paypal be sufficient to not be detected as my friend says the book says paypal/ebay cant really obtain the name etc on the bank account.

Keep it simple, if everything is new and not linkable, you are good to go.

Yes you can open a new bank account and use that as most uk banks are good with stealth. You won't be able to use the CARD from those banks on PayPal
As the cards will usually require the details to match on PayPal or it won't get added.

This is why virtual cards or prepaid cards are used so you can use them against any name and address.
