Time after selling first ebay item until funds are realeased
 

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone knew the time it takes from your first Ebay sale until funds can be transferred OUT of your paypal account.

ps. please assume that the account has been verified with the 2 minor deposits

Is transaction within Australia & not international shipping

Category of sale counts. Amount of sale counts. Ever done withdrawals before? That counts. Need to provide more details OP

Hi,

The amount of the first item is $300. Yes this is within Australia with no international shipping. The buyers state is queensland.

No previous withdrawals from paypal account. (essentially new ebay and paypal account)

How much time has passed since money came in? Just asking before I state an opinion - sorry for the questions OP but it's important for clarity.

I would wait a few more days and then day do a withdrawal of $50...did you send the item out? Has it been received? Helps if buyer leaves feedback or tracking shows received...

Then do not rush to remove funds as yet.

Paypal may even have the account flagged now because of the amount.

Instead of withdrawing money from a new account is it possible to just send it as a gift to another account or make a payment on another product??

Is there restrictions on this.

Sending payments between paypal accounts will get you linked, not recommended.

Yeah that's fair enough...what about transferring the money into a previously held betting account or something like that.

These transactions flag both accounts.

In the early stages, you need to be careful to prove to paypal your account is 'sound'.

I understand...is there any way to transfer the money out of the paypal account without it being linked?

Forget transferring - withdraw to bank, buy stuff, research CCNow, buy services...things like that to consider

What you do is use your paypal like 'regular' users.

You vary up ( that's a rsot word) your activities.

Have a variety of actions to get your own funds.


Keep in mind you have a paypal account that just happens to be stealth.

yeah I considered, the idea of buying stuff with the funds already. Just wasn't sure if paypal would allow it. il keep that in mind and vary things up.

Btw When you say PayPal 'limits' your account, does that mean the money is still transferred to the other account, Then a limit is put on your account?

No. It might mean the transfer is reversed and goes back to the sending account.

Has something happened to ask this serious question?

Money will not get transferred (if money has been sent, RARELY will the transaction go through if you're lucky) - what happened Stealers?

Hey guys,

Relax nothing happened, I just need a way of accessing the cash quickly and haven't still waiting on the second bank transfer to show up so I can verify account. I just need access to cash quickly but it doesn't look like it's possible.

Initially it was my mistake thinking the two deposits had come through which were actually part of another stealth account I set up. Apologise for the confusion.
