Withdraw funds
 

I can't find a way to withdraw funds to my country (Israel) from a US paypal account. Payoneer won't work, and I couldn't find a sollution in ebay stealth book. Any ideas? If I buy a VBA - will it help? If yes - how?

No, VBA is a Virtual Bank Account so, will not help you.
It is only used to verify PP account.

You can only withdraw to a US bank from a US Paypal account. You don't have much other options.

Solution always is a bank account.

VBA can not be used for withdrawals.

How old is the account and have you made any transactions?

I can't open a US bank account because I'm not a US resident, they only accept you if you have SSN.
Paypal has stopped working with Payoneer from my country, but perhaps it will work from US, but any way - if I remember correctly, once you start deliverring money to payoneer, they ask you to show print screens from your ebay account, to see that it's yours, and my ebay account is one I purchased here from someone, different details than mine...

BMO Harris bank can take clients who are non-US residents - try them out...

I think you can manipulate the data in the print screen by using the Firebug addon.

Some updates...
Payoneer is fine with US Paypal account.
BMO Harris bank CAN'T take clients who are non-US residents..

also if i am Bulgarian can i orde payoneer usa? i had payoneer and they need to activate the card before connect to us paypal. how can be done that ?

I guess so, I have a Payoneer card.

You activate the card providing ID.
Card name and pp account name should match.. slights variations are tolerated.
