Etrade account like ING?

The eTrade account advertised as "Works with Paypal," does it allow you to open sub accounts like ING Direct?

It doesn't. ING was the only online bank that I knew that had that feature. And as we all know it has issues with PayPal.

I know that in Bank of America you can't open "sub accounts" but you could open multiple accounts under a single name, which act like sub accounts.

Try capital One.. I hear you can open multiple accounts with them.
