Hi guys, I read a lot about Aspkin.com. I wish I can get help for my issue, I used to have many Ebay and PayPal accounts, No problem at all....
2 weeks ago hell started, I received the payment everything looks good, try to withdraw...Limited access.

Tried to send money to anther US PayPal account, fine no problem, then tried to send that funds from US PayPal to anther none US PayPal,,,,,Dispute by PayPal then limitation..

Maybe I am going so fast, my question is how long you keep the money in the account if you received from Ebay before withdraw or to send money....

Your problem isn't how long you keep money in PayPal, it's sending money to your other accounts and getting linked one way or another.

I suggest reading eBay Stealth to get you caught up with how stealth works. It will show you how to properly create and manage stealth accounts in an easy to read step-by-step format.

Thank you Aspkin, I am sure I am not linked there is no way I can be linked I always use:
1- new Name
2- new address
3- new phone ( virtual )
4- new VM
5- new VBA
6- new VCC
7- new IP
8- new MAC

but there are some factors I might do wrong
1- Name don not match address in the public records
2- IP location do not match the address
3- I withdraw or send money same day or next day

Any ideas?

Are you actually in the USA or another country?

explain more about that transfer to the non US paypal? was it your account, a friend's or to pay a supplier?

What was the amount involved?

Your main thing to learn is to have accounts that do not get flagged, as aspkin said.

I do not think your accounts are good enough yet .

Hello GreenBean, yes I am in US, but I am using different IPs to access my accounts, Amounts between $250 up to $400, All my accounts I made are my accounts.
BTW, I am using Ally bank and greendot bank to verify my accounts, and VCC not an AVS card, but that is the usual I never had a problem till the last 2 weeks

I guess I found the reason, I was using virtual box, But i found like 1GB junk files on my MACbook, i cleaned them all, I am getting better results on PayPal now, I do not know if that is the reason or still something I am missing

Hello Rsot, I used to wait 2 hours MAX 24 hours then I get 2 emails, first the payment under review please respond in 7 days, the 2nd email your account is limited access.

Now, After I cleaned the cash , junk files...etc
result, I managed to move some funds without a problem ( so far )
Gmail does not ask about phone verification anymore

I thought I was protected because I am using virtual machine, but somehow, there are some files go to my main hard drive, like cookies or log files...

So far I am just trying

first of all, Greendot bank is problematic for stealth but, if it was working...that's your choice.

waiting 2 hours max 24 hours is way too quickly to remove funds for a sale unless the account is rock solid.

Are you using different user accounts per eb/pp combo?

@Rsot, Green Dot is very useful in my case, When I add it to PayPal, PayPal ask me to verify my phone before I add it, that is exactly what I want, I verify my ID with Phone, then Add Greendot.

I made again 6 trails, I found all the payments went from US PayPal to none US paypal ( countries i tried ) all has been limited access and case opened by paypal.
All payments went from PayPal US to PayPal US went smoothly without any problems..
***Time factor, all payments have been sent between 6 hours up to 24 hours from the time received.

Did anyone tried to send money from US PayPal to none US recently ( since week ago ) and it went OK?

Well latest update:
I tried everything sending or withdrawing from PayPal always failed, what got my attention is most of my paypal accounts ( appeal denied ) I guess that means HUGE linking between accounts, So back to Aspkin advice...

I am using VM , MAC laptop, I thought there is no way there are files can be sent from my VM to my laptop which I was very wrong...

I installed cash and log files removal software, I found out that I have 2GB log files :)
erased them all, though there are 12KB log files i can not remove.
and I installed memory flush software, I have 8GB RAM, found that i have 4GB RAM inactive and 700MB Wired, Flushed them, but the Wired files still there ( I have no idea what is that Wired files )

I know there are many other factors, But the only factor is concerning me is this one:

Do they still link me if I will Flush my RAM and clean cash and log files?
What is the best to connect via Wireless or dongle USB?

I will be appreciated if someone will answer these 2 questions

You appear to be missing info for us.

Are you sending funds to YOURSELF in other countries?

Who or what is the paypal recipient of them?

If it is you, then from what you have said about not having a clean computer, you should face the chance of linking.

Why are you using VM if you are US based?

You did business at a time, paypal was giving overseas users many problems.

There's missing info from all of this.

Why are you using VM if you are US based? VM ( virtual Machine, I have more than 60 accounts ) so I need to keep each account separate so I am using virtual Machine

PS, Each VM has it own IP ( not a VPN )

Your operation has linked you by the usage of the VM.

If you are logging IPs, can I ask if they are consectutive?

Should there be similarties, that is enough for all the accounts to be flagged.

So much done that is not working.

here what I did, i used advanced software for MAC to clear cash and log files,, also anther software to clear RAM.
after I did that , all my new 5 accounts started to be good, finally I could withdraw and send money as usual.

what i noticed, when i log to 1 week old account before I use these software, paypal through a lot of log files and cache files to my computer, the one I did after i used the software, I do not get any log or cache files.

I am still looking deeper if I still missing anything else...

Any advice will be very appreciated
