Has Comcast made IPs less sticky?

Not sure where the other thread about controlling ip addresses, but that was the thread that got me going with stealth a number of years ago.

Anyway, before I used to be able to almost control my ips. Now, it's dissapearing once I change MAC. Before, it used to be, once I change MAC and get new IP, I would stay with that IP for a couple of hours, and then move on. I would then go back to that IP which I had sit for a few hours, just go back to it for about a couple of minutes now and then, and I would have that IP as long as I go back to that MAC every now and then. If I leave that MAC for a few days, then yes that ip address would be gone. Now, even if I stick to that IP for the whole night, change to another IP, and then come back, that IP is gone!

This would make it very inconvenient because a brand new IP would force me to record a new one, and a new IP would take up another cell, which I would have to click find all, scroll down the whole excel sheet up and down to scan if it was used by another stealth. It's just inconvenient. Anyone else have this problem in the last few days? Did comcast just add more IPs or something? Thanks.

I don't know about this but I have literally hundreds of IPs logged - that would be inconvenient to scan manually indeed. Use the Find (CNTRL+F) function in Excel to make this a whole lot easier.
