I recently got a new phone. Can I use my stealth account on my new phone. The phone is on the same phone bill as the old phone that i used when I got suspended (also same phone number) I know ebay can track your phone through the phones ip adress (or something simllar)

You can use your phone as long as you arent using the apps, using the app is very dangerous. If you plan to use your phone with multiple accounts then you will need to take extra steps, such as:
1. Using a web browser
2. Clearing cookies
3. Changing IP's
4. Logging IP's

Sure, you can login from phones. Be sure to look up how to change IPs and clear cookies before you start logging in. It's pretty easy to do on most phones

I have been using several accounts on mobile and tablet for a while, but it is good to change IP address before using ebay on them, if your old one is banned. If you have a available Wi-fi connection that hasn't been banned i would try it if your phone IP has been flanged.

But it is always good to run each account on different IP's as you don't want all your accounts to be linked together. If one account under same IP becomes suspending then all soon will be!

You can certainly use that phone after you cleared all the history, just in case and make sure you don't use the same phone number on that account.

If you can organize yourself efficiently without accidents, then go right ahead.

But I prefer to use my 1 desktop that is built specially for eBay stuff

So let me get this straight, the OP is definitely asking about using more than one stealth on a mobile phone, and this is the question you've all answered right?

I ask because I've been using 2 stealths on 2 separate phones with 2 separate ip's....both running the mobile app. In this scenario, am I doomed?

Seems to me if you don't cross over by mistake using your two mobile phones for the other account then you should be fine, obviously u will have different profiles set up on each of those accounts so different phone access to them will keep them separate in Ebay and Paypals eyes and that's all that matters, we are't advised to use the ebay app but if you r 100% about keeping your identity different on each phone with each account then u should be ok if you are happy to just go with the two accounts!
