Firefox's "New Private Window"
 
I took all of eBay Stealth Steps.
I changed my IP, i opened a new user in Windows, i cleaned my cookies.
Got new details that looks nothing like the suspended account.

when I enter firefox to enter ebay, should I connect normally or is it fine to use "New Private Window" / Incognito (Chrome). and does eBay find this suspicious

Probably not a good idea because incognito/private mode deletes cookies after you close the browser. Since you are using a new user account, you actually do want to keep your cookies because it makes ebay/paypal seem like they know you better. If you don't have cookies every time you log in, it seems like you're hiding something.
