Usa Paypal account get limited after (send money to china pp)
Hi ,
Im having little issue I have stealth Usa paypal accounts that are 3 months old
Allready 2 of my paypals got limited because of this (until I wont resolve this I cant send money to someone in china that has paypal), my paypals they got straight limited after sending money to a chinese paypal account (and the money I sent got freezed by paypal , with no matter what was the amount)
I tried in both paypal accounts sending money to a company in china and still got straight limited.
what could be the issue ? |

You are either linked in some way or its a high risk paypal you are sending the money to and its causing an instant red flag |

| You have mentioned China several times and you don't see the issue....?
Correct me if I am wrong but are you sending money to China from the SAME PP's you use to GET money (e.g. sales)???? That could be seen as a huge flag |

Are you operating an US account from .HU?
Are you using VPS with a clean IP?
That could also cause some issues. |

never had an issue with sending highish amounts to china pp - never...
they are the same pp that I get sales on (thats where my money comes from hehe)
but my accs are set up properly, pertain to correct country and no ip flags, aged, mixed transactions and no prior issues....
it is an issue with either your or receiver pp acc.... |

| sorry for the very late response, No I just sent the money to Randomaly , Chinese paypal account , and straight limited,
1 week later with my other Us Stealth account I sent to other Chinese paypal account of other company , and again straight limited.
I use everything safe , Clean Ip and etc..
it happens to me only with Chinese paypal what can cause that? |

eB's increased hatred/fear of Alibaba.
Many of the recent changes that are turning eB upside down has to do with eB anticipating it's first real competition in the US market. They are doing everything they can to upset anything out of the norm.
Also, is this a DHGate payment? Because that'll do it too. |

Paypal dropped DHgate a bit ago..... I would not send any money to China through any paypal. Honestly most people see it as buying phakes.... Might not be the case though since OP is using VPN most likely. I would guess IP location from information in post |

It wasnt Dhgate payment , first one was for a friend in china (Personal paypal)
second limit was a private company paypal in china , that wasnt suppose to make any issues in both cases paypal got straight limtied.
This never happened to me before ..
I use Private Ip with same location of stealth account , and making sure to track the correctly, I cant seem any reason this happened.
can Paypal detect , VPN/VPS? |

| When paypal dislikes transactions, they take action to protect themselves.
They look at all info there is, including internet access.

Ok I guess it must be the internet provider because limitation was straight over after I sent the payment.
will changing to a new Vps provider can solve the problem
and which cautions should I take to avoid another limitation like this in the future? |

I also send money to india from stealth paypals, and everything goes smooth.
Just wondering is it higher risk to send to china then india
Because when i send money to china its from my real paypal,
Everything is verified from 2010
But to india its from my stealth.
Do you guys think its ok to send to china from stealth as well?
Because the risk looks the same to me, there both international transaction.

That's a full limitation - might as well submit and try to get it unlimited but chances are low due to china activity |
