Just started my account got the mc999 message right away! I am pretty I followed the eBay Stealth to the letter. What gives?

It's been happening a lot, you can try and call in and see if they will let the account go beyond the 0/0.....It's a risk but if your willing to take it make sure you have all the info in front of you.

check out the recent threads regarding 0/0 limits in the subscriber area

ebay has tightened up their noose, and theres things you must do to ensure avoiding it

make sure your paypal is fully verified before selling (confirmed everything)
make sure you're not using apps/gvoice for phone number generation

1: swapped out network interface
2: VPN confirmed fresh Dedicated IP
3: all new info
4. Using vmware
5. name and address info is new but it is not an existed person.
6. paypal fully confirmed matter of fact paypal not effect by mc999 on ebay, It is still usable.
it does ask me to call, I did so one time and they couldn't verify me that was a long time ago. I don't they will be able to verify me if I call I have no info to give besides whats already on the account.

i googled fresh dedicated i.p. and I talked to a customer service person and they told me it was never issued before and dedicated so unless they lied. Also I am using the same vpn with amazon and it seems to be goign fine so far!
