Help me understand this.....
 

I don't understand the process of purchasing an ebay/paypal account.

I have the stealth guide, however, these accounts have an address linked to them that are out of my state, so how do I use them?

Do i change the address, to a stealth address that is local?

The person you're thinking of buying an account from can answer this question best, but one option is to rent a PO box (or any mailbox that you can have access to) and add that address to the account.

As an alternative, some people like to use a 3rd party solution for printing labels (like Stamps.com), and that way you can have your own address printed as the return address without Paypal knowing.

Welcome to the forums - all the best as you read and learn about stealth.

If you're concerned about return address....a fresh address can be added later on as you build the account with cookies and activity (after purchase)

The address can eventually be changed, but you would need to speak to the account seller for a time-scale on that. Cookies will need building

Ok now when you say "building cookies" does that mean that make bids, browsing history, purchases etc?

Now if I say purchase something then I would have to add an address "stealth address" to my account that is local to the stealth account.

Is my understanding correct on this?

Any activity on eBay builds cookies.

Ideally you would have access the the address.

Better to avoid adding more address to your eBay account until the account is solid.
