Verify pp cc on new system layout

Hey guys,

I am not sure where to enter my paypal cc code on the new layout. I used to be able to switch easily to class, but now it wont let me switch the homepage. Only think i can get to is the settings and even under there it justs says address is confirmed for the cc.

Any ideas?

Also any idea on where to find out the limits on your account in the new layout i.e. withdrawal.

Limits can be found leff hand side towards the bottom of the page.
