Default Banned address

When is it 'safe' to reuse a banned address? I was banned 5 years ago at my home address and I'm thinking of opening a new eb & pp (with different name). Purely for purchases as it is becoming very annoying using my friends account to purchase off - and waiting in his house for deliveries as he is at work!

Its never safe... Never ever. BUT

I have a banned name & address for purchase only account and its working fine, but as soon as you try to sell you will have problems.

I would doubt that an address banned 5 years ago would cause major problems now so long as everything else on the account was different (name, dob, ISP)

People do move houses.

+ if its buyer only ive found it never raises a flag, ebay like people spending money, but as soon as you want to make money...

Going to depend on why you were banned in the 1st place 5 years ago.

Be prepared for a possible MC113

Why risk playing with old info in the first place?

A risk to re-use the info then, imo.
