Does cookie stuffing work with stealth?

It might be a taboo subject, but does it?

I'm not talking about using it with the affiliate program... I'm talking about using it to make new stealth accounts appear older with more browsing history than they actually have.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Cookie stuffing is not going to work with Ebay/PP.

i will look deeper into it but is there any relation with tools like "swap my cookies" for chrome? Could be a useful tool to manage cookies from one browser to another.
