In the UK we do not need to pay for bank accounts so that is not an issue.

If you have to pay commision then you have to calculate that into your costs.

James, I'm a personal trainer. I accept payments from repeat clients through paypal. Are you saying that if the same client keeps making payments to the same paypal, this will cause the pay pals to have issues and possibly limited?

If they have issues with their PayPal then it is possible that it will lead to issues with your PayPal.

I'm still not sure why
I have been limited in some account ebay and paypal
and it has not affected me other accounts?

Wader, this kind of thinking is a logical thinking but it won't help you much with PP and Ebay. those Companies are monopol, they just force the market in them rules, not in what is logical or what is good for humanity.
Once they will judge you are not meeting them standards somehow, they will shut down and you and your brother and anyone else they like, They don't care if this is legal or not or if you had made them profit or not, if you are a good person or not.... they can and they do so.
The foundation idea of been stealth is not to fool someone but to protect your self by those charlatans, Because state and courts are not care protecting you, you mast do it

There are software packages and programs that automatically analyze consumer behavior and pick out the abnormalities.

The difference between you being a personal trainer vs. you accepting payments from your stealth accounts to the same PP address is that your personal training clients have other normal user activity. They have their own eB accounts, they make their own purchases that are unrelated to you, etc. etc. One guy pays for his lawn to be cut while another of your clients is busy selling personal massagers with room for small gerbils to be put inside. The point is - your personal training clients are acting like normal people, doing weird and unique stuff.

Your stealth accounts are all selling stuff, and then repeatedly funneling the bulk of the money to the same PP account. This is EASILY trackable and traceable as abnormal user behavior.

So many people fail at stealth because they fail to realize that when dealing with PP, they're not dealing with someone who has the intelligence of a retired wal-mart greeter or cashier. They are dealing with a MULTI-BILLION-DOLLAR COMPANY who is staking BILLIONS, MAYBE TRILLIONS of dollars on their metrics' ability to put people like us out of business.

Calling up and saying, "No it's okay, I'm a personal trainer who takes payment from 19 people who all sell the same thing." is not going to work in the long-term. You can try and argue with us until you're blue in the face, but it is not a sustainable practice. Period.

I pay basic fees on all my bank accounts but I make enough profit to cover them...

Look for banks that ask no commissions.

Try opening savings accounts, i dont think that they charge commission for that I am with wellsfargo and i just recently opened 6 savings accounts
