{HELP} PayPal Phone Verification
 

I have been battling with my paypal for over 4 hours and no success, I just can't withdraw. I have tried over 8 numbers!! landline numbers from VPL but all seems not be working!

I need help

Is there someone rendering this as a service in here?

Please change your flag to your actual location.

The advise forum members will give you thinking your in the USA will not work when you are based in China

you just need to get a virtual land line number redirected to your mobile, plenty of free services

it is very simple, as long as your account is NOT BUSINESS you wont be able do it, because paypal can check personal details, upgrade your account to business, they will ask you for phone number to your business address, when you done, wait like 30 min, try to withdraw, to phone verification, choose the business number, you will receive the call :)

The account is Business already :(, I've already added a landline i have access to, but same problem :(. The number i added on signup is random and the call is going to that one, all other numbers gives that error and they are all Landline numbers, even with same area code as the address on the account ...i'm fed up dunno what else to do.

yeah, I have taken this step and stop payments into it. but am losing my money to this paypal and I dont want to mail or contact them coz of the multiple times i've change numbers in it. A manual review on that is a flag.

UPDATE:


I settled for buying items with my money on ebay, I used same details for both and made sure it didnt link with other accounts.

It seems PayPal has a problem with my Bank account, thats why I couldn't withdraw.

I mailed their support and a reply was sent automatically from their robot system, I replied I needed additional help and they said

"Dear ********* ****,

My name is Dominic from PayPal Consumer Support.

We value you as a customer and resolving your concern is our priority.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues withdrawing. I can absolutely help.

I checked your account and it appears that the system find it suspicious that there is a sudden spike on your withdrawal amount.

But nothing to worry, I made changes on your account so it should be okay now. May I ask you to try again and let us know if the problem persists.

Please let us know if you require further assistance.
You may also call us at 1-888-221-1161 during these hours:
·4:00 AM PT to 10:00 PM PT, Monday–Friday
·6:00 AM PT to 8:00 PM PT, Saturday and Sunday

I was Happy, and tried again SAME PROBLEM. I waited some few hours and tried again, same thing. I went ahead to reply am still having problem and got same reply from a dude this time and he said same thing and asked me to use another browser..

I did ..

Same thing, hours later I got a mail from paypal that my bank has a problem and has been removed.


So this process wouldn't have been this tedious if not for my bank that's the problem.

If you are out there having this same problem

-Wait 24 hours and try again.. it should go.. if it doesn't
-Mail them.. through the support panel, they will lift the security stuff on the account and you should be able to withdraw.
- Or call them and have it instantly removed and withdrawals possible.

Yes, the Payoneer thing has been a problem for about 2-3 months now. If the fact that you're using Payoneer was mentioned in your first post, it would have been solved with one reply.

But, I wouldn't expect you to know you had to mention the bank. I'm not blaming you or saying you didn't give us enough info to reply properly, but I'm just saying you didn't know (and from your posts, we didn't know either) :)

Anyway - welcome to the forums from Nigeria! I think I got an email from a friend of yours that said I've been awarded a "large sum of monies" from one of your kings! How generous is that!

I had same issue with one account.... Used different browser and withdraw worked.... Crazy!

A friend of yours also ran away with my $500 when i was new to paypal and used her bank to withdraw my money from PayPal.
