Phone Verification when withdraw funds from Paypal

After 180 days waiting paypal emailed me and I can withdraw the funds to my bank account now. But when I tried to add a new bank account to the paypal account paypal asked me to verify my phone number. They will email or text me. But the paypal account is a stealth account and the phone number already expired. I tried adding another phone to verify but failed. Anyone encountered the same problem? Thanks!

Not like theres much for you to lose at this point any way. Give them a call and see what happens.
