how to get new UK Bank accounts?
 

i had 5 of my accounts banned. now got only 3 left, one is already on stealth and other 2 i did not use. i need more bank accounts for more stealths. any idea where i can get more bank account? would pre paid ones work and if they do work which ones are they?

Nearly ny bank on the high street would work.

HSBC, Halifax, Natwest, Nationwide ect ect

Open more accounts...not too fast.
Any accounts that have been previously used...you could close down. Wait a.few.months.and reopen them again and youll get new account numbers.

Spread account creation over few months - begin immediately...not hard to do

Go to one of these:

COOP
SMILE
RBS
HALIFAX
HSBC
SANTANDER
NATWEST
BANK OF SCOTLAND
BARCLAYS

They all provide 'basic' accounts ;)

BEFORE you race off and start making new bank accounts, check your existing banks.

You should be able to make accounts with them.

EG, with RSB I started with one current account and then got more basic accounts.

Look at what the bank offers customers rather than go to different banks for just one account.

Lots of banks once you have opened a current account they won't let you open a basic account. Santander being one of them as an example

Use savings accounts, open online in seconds, valid sort code and account number issued straight away. Easy to verify Paypal and withdraw funds. Can't set up a DD so can only be used for withdrawals but gets you your money. Not Halifax though as they use a different sort code indicating its an e-saver.

Or use mycashplus prepaid, as long as you qualify for total access you get a sort code and account number. Secure Trust bank or Think Money, but you have to pay a monthly fee.

You missed the point.

MOST banks will not let you open BASIC accounts if you have a CURRENT account open.

CURRENT and BASIC are two different types of account.
