Paypal stealths acc - limited one by one
 

Hello. I had many stealths paypal accounts. Everything was good for a while but now Paypal started limitting me. I was always creating two paypal accounts on one PC user. On Paypal account on Mozilla, another on Chrome. Everytime I log in to this accounts I am changing IP because I have 4G internet. Can they be linked in that way?

First off, which countries PP are you using?

Those accounts can still get linked - even if using separate browsers. Flash cookies count across the board.
Why didn't you just use one user account per PP/Ebay combo? so much safer...

What about with Firefox portable? 8 of my accounts just got limited within a 15 minute timeframe. It's unreal. What is the reason behind this? Could it be flash cookies? Each account has a separate firefox portable folder...

Do you have images turned off in your emails??, have you sent money between accounts?

ONE of the accounts did send money back to an old account, but that was just $97 and I never sold a thing on the ebay account. I can see how that one got linked, but what about the other 7?

I don't have images turned off on a lot of them, but I don't see how that is going to get you flagged. I have my MAIN ebay account on my desktop, along with all of the emails that I check. If they linked them through email usage, then my main paypal should have gotten limited 6 months ago.

Thanks for making me think outside the box a bit. Any other reason that may have caused this? I'm thinking something to do with how often they are being logged into, and always around the same time as each other

EBay and Paypal can track you through the images within an email that they send, these are called web becons. Many accounts have been linked through this alone.

Do you have flash enabled? This could be linking you..

Most of the emails don't accept images (ie: "always show images from @ebay.com") still is a link to click.

It's definitely something to do with the way I am using my MiFi and Firefox Portable folders because all of my VPS accounts are still in tact, but 80% of the MiFi accounts went and got limited within 15 minutes of each other, meaning they definitely got linked in some way shape or form.

Should I use something like https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir.../flashdisable/ for all of my portable firefoxes?

Doesn't that mean that ALL of my accounts are now linked? How come some of them are still standing? Now I'm scared. :doh:

Virtual Private Server .. so you're not using portable browser here?

And with your MiFi device you are using portable browser? Yes, you'll want to disable flash because last I checked flash cookies were shared with Firefox. However others may know more about this.. Chrome has built in Flash.

On the VPS, I'm just downloading Firefox and using it like a regular user

On the MiFi, each and every account uses a portable browser.

The more I think about it, MiFi is the culprit. I definitely did something that linked them. However, I note every IP that I log in with and never duplicate, let alone duplicate it 8 times, lol. Would it be the IP location constantly changing and the accounts logging in to close to one another at the same times daily?

Is not necessarily a flash issue. I have flash disabled and mine was still limited. I also use multiple instances of firefox mobile in a seperate folder for each account with only one pp and eb for each user account. I also never opened any emails in the respective browser beyond going in to gmail to see the message header. New IP address everytime I logged in via cell phone and logged IP's with IPlogger.

Firefox portable and flash cookies can have issues.

What version of FF portable are you using?
