Sleeper Accounts

So I am thinking about making about 10 or so "sleeper" accounts that will just remain idle until an account goes down and I need a replacement.

So how will the sleeper accounts work with the 21 day hold situation? As I understand it, 21 day holds disappear after 3 months, correct? So if I was to sell 1-2 items on a "sleeper" account, then put it back to sleep, technically I could bring the account out of dormancy 3-4 months later and have 0 paypal holds, correct?

Thoughts and/or advice?

I have over 300 sleepers so I endorse this idea.

And yes, the 21 day hold countdown begins after your first sale. But PP can always re-instate it (which it sounds like they would) depending on your selling activity.

How do you guys handle phone numbers on that many accounts? I'm guessing keeping tracfone numbers alive for so long gets too expensive

There's always more than 1 way to skin a cat, same goes for Stealth Accounts.

you will more than likely have the 21 day limits on your accounts when you start operating them.
The conditions for removing the hold are more than just selling an item or two and include selling multiple items, selling actively and continuously on ebay and anything else they deem appropriate.

My big account I lost a year ago has had my selling privileges reinstated after a year.
Limits gone from 20000-680000 down to 1800-180000
The reason for the low limits is inactivity HAHA It was suspended...
