Paypal wont add VBA and wont send CONFIRMATION TEXT.

I recently Added a VCC and tracfone to my acct.

Every time I go to add the VBA it says to receive a text first. I click it and then it says the phone isnt in my name which it is.

I know this has been a issue anybody find a FIX?

Can you have your account Phone verify Before you add the bank account ?


I was using VOIP phones but now I will start using tracfone.

I am getting the message that your phone is not matching your name but
I have the right name and zip code attached to the PP account phone number .

Does it help adding the cellphone on the account ?


Anyone has any luck over coming all this new things thrown at US ?

Stealth will be getting harder and harder and harder. I think this is the end of VBAs..

the fact of the matter is this has nothing to do with phone numbers, etc.

This has everything to do with paypal tightening its screws against stealth users. If you go ahead and try to add a bank of america or chase routing number you will not be getting this phone verification message.

What company offers phone numbers that don't expire / no monthly renewal? so I don't have to get 100 phone numbers and pay $10 monthly for each one? What is the correct way to make sleeper accounts that won't run into this issue?

just do everything from the outset that way you wont really need num afterward

calling isn't a bad idea. since most people experiencing this issue has a new account, they will just lift the verification over the phone if you call from the number thats on the account.

Im a little confused, can you use a forwarding service to call paypal for this or do you need to get a phone and a bunch of sim cards and actually call from the phone?

They start asking public records info if you call...

in that situation all you can say is you payed a private company to remove your public info.

I think the issue here paypal is trying to stop these sleeper accounts.

From the looks of it they are flagging VBA's at this time. Your sleeper accounts should be good as long as you walk in a bank and create an account.

ally bank - meta bank = are if-y from what i hear.. ( i dont use vba so im not 100%)

.. ahhh wait ya flag is usa .. ahhh use real accounts ??
well, if ya spoofing the flag.. then just use different vba..
