Got limited on stealth account I had not even used
 

Not sure whats happened here I made the account with entropay VCC and I wanted to lift the limits so I called them and I was told that they would send a 4 digit code to my entropay account. Nothing ever arrived I just got a mail saying I was perm limited and cant appeal, see attached screen.

Also I had uploaded id docs so why ask for them again.

So this is a limited account before I can even use it :(

Might have been the IP address you used. If it wasn't a clean one and was linked to a different limited account this would be the result.

That's the creation method without a doubt, why are you even calling PayPal......!

Because I was an idiot I am only learning ATM I thought I would attempt to make my own.
I think I will stick with buying accounts in the future makes life much easier.

I am going to phone them to see why, I got nothing to lose only the sim card with a bit of credit on that I
used for verification even thats no good now. PayPal down = eBay and everything else with it gone.

What to do is make an account.

Then post the plan, in the Subscribers' area.

Dont go near ebay or paypal.

We can help tweak where needed.

It's hard starting off. But with support, you can beat ebay.

Bear in mind that you are in the worst time of the year for stealth accounts... it is like a "seal hunting season" for stealths.
They are taken down in dozens... Christmas is very close and eBay/Paypal eyes are very wide open.

I know what happened now. I made a big error, basically I know it was cookies that got this account caught out.
