My US paypal is limited today and it is asking to add AVS CC to confirm location

This is a stealth account, It gave 3 steps to remove limitation. Provide AVS CC/ or confirm phone location.

Change password, change security question.

Guys please help. and if you sell a good AVS that can do the job , let me know

There are several sellers on the forum that can help with AVS. It would seem to be the easiest way to solve your problem. Just be sure to get the right one, don't be afraid to ask questions. The sellers here don't bite!

Entropay is not an AVS card. Only a full AVS card will pass this limitation.

rsot, we told you weeks ago that entropay does not fulfil this role.


We have tried to let you know that entropay does not work here as an AVS card. A different card is requried.

By the way - the confirm location usually comprises of two parts:
1. Add your AVS credit/debit card.
2. Phone call verification.
Better make sure you have access to the original phone number you registered with the account when you opened it.

The AVS VCC confirmation is much easier then the phone call verification IMO. You can buy the AVS VCC, but you will need to find a service that will confirm the location with a call.
