PayPal limits?

does linking a bank account lift limits? I've got a message saying congratulations you have lifted your receiving and sending limits. But then on the to do list it says upload documents. I go to click on the link and it just takes me to the summary(main screen). Limits lifted?

Yes it is already lifted, this is a glitch on the PayPal system

Seems to take anywhere from 12 hours-2 days to clear up (just my own experience) with this glitch
