Billing Address On Stealth PayPal
 

Kind of annoyed... a while ago my PayPal account got restricted and before I even knew about stealth I made a new one. It had the same address, phone number and I gave them the same last 4 of my SSN and somehow actually worked for about 3 months until today for whatever reason. So...

I really need a stealth PayPal account for buying on eBay and I need to be able to pay with a real credit card, but my billing address is linked to limited PayPal accounts. Are real credit cards no good for stealth PayPal due to the billing address? Can you have a billing address for a credit card be a UPS box? I can get new info for everything else, but I'm worried about the billing address potentially being the downfall of all of it.

I actually have a stealth PayPal account and another card that PayPal doesn't know about. It has the same billing address though. If I add that card to my stealth account will it get limited?

You can open a PO Box on your name and use it for all purposes including as your stealth address. If you sue this account for buying only you shouldn't have any issues.
The problems usually begin when you try to sell.

Will a bank take a PO Box or UPS box as a valid address to have for a credit card billing address?

From my experience, most banks won't take a PO box.

From my experience, and recently this is Canada but in the past, for the US - if bank has your ID and real address on file...you can have credit card and bank accounts registered to a po bank - I have done this in both Canada and US
