Yodel - joke of a delivery company!!
 

Surely nobody still uses this company, on the news this morning they have AGAIN got a 200k backlog similar to what they last year, and there explanation....wait for it.....they UNDERESTIMATED how busy it was going to get!! It's Christmas, everyone else knows how busy it is going to get because amazingly IT GETS THIS BUSY EVERY YEAR! Nothing new, it happens EVERY year, so it is even remotely possible for anyone else to be so out of touch!

Hell would freeze over before we would use that bunch ever.

In fact, thanks to their gross stupidity several years ago, they nearly caused disaster for us. Not sure if you were selling that horrendous winter in 2009? The Christmas when ebay assured all sellers they would have an amnesty for later deliveries?

Yodel some how could not find the paperwork to even back up our claims. ebay were no help either. Took a lot of grovelling to resolve.

Then in the January/Feb, ebay did suspensions based on delivery issues over that period.

Yodel? Bunch of wallies.

hi Greenie, no I wasn't selling back then, but it's been unbelievable over last few years how bad they have been and for them still to be in business! The guy who was representing them on news this morning was a real wally as well, it was him who uttered the immortal words about them not realising how busy it was going to get! How many years do they seriously need to get their act into gear! And the friends in high places scenario springs to mind as well, how else could they possibly still be around! Hard to believe anyone on the planet still uses them but clearly people still do!

Yodel is hopeless.

Citilink, Parcel Force or the Royal Mail are the best to go with if you want your item to arrive on time IMO

From all the couriers I have dealt with.

Yodel is the worse ever. Can't believe how this company is still in business.

eta: that year when the UK weather was so bad, my brother ended up being his own courier.

He delivered a shed load of items. Plus he raked in brownie points for delivery. Helped the accounts heaps.

Con artist he is.
