EINs and LLCs

Are these pretty much one shot deals? Like if you use an EIN with PayPal and your account gets limited, can you try to get another EIN and start over? Or are you stuck with it forever?

You are only supposed to get one EIN per Social Security number doing business as a sole proprietor but you can be member of unlimited number of corporations and LLCs
