Paypal IRS info

Paypal is asking me for the IRS info, what are some good way to get this issue resolved, i am using a different name and address and i cant use my ss as then they might link my old account!

Can u use your old companys EIN, paypal never banned me, ebay did will ebay get that info and link me?
