What is the maximum amount to sell without trig.....
 

What is the maximum amount to sell ( dollar amount and/or quantity) on a account per month without triggering the request from paypal


I want to fully maximize the account for the entire year( sell as close to the 200/20k limit)

I read somewhere that they request the Info as earlier as this month based on projected sales.

what is a safe amount to fly safely under this radar.

I would say 15/1500$ (either or) as it is projected sales per year. I used to sell low cost items 5-20$ and would receive notice at like 160-180 items/3000-4000$. Just to clarify for you 200/20k is EITHER 200 or 20k, not both as mentioned on paypal's website.

Hi, its random no matter how much you sell its always possible for them to request it early. If the product you sell will easily surpass the 200+ requirement, then just focus on maintaining sales around 1000-1500/mo but again nothing is guaranteed.

It all about their projections. Try to be logical about it an keep a log of amount received and # of payments received. If it is March and you have sold 80 items. Probably time to slow down. Its kinda a game. This is why it is so important to have multiple accounts going. Unfortunately it has come to this. :ballchain:

But at-least we still have the opportunity to sell. :humble:

There is no set amount - that 200/20k...while a guideline...still PP is known to block earlier based on projected rate

we're going to be seeing a LOT of threads like this this year, for many it's their first full year with this restrictions. And a bunch of other threads about getting LLC/EIN.
